Returns, Refunds & Terms

After receipt of goods you have 7 days to decide whether you wish to return same for a full refund less postage. All goods arrive with a note of our terms & conditions.

 Returns Policy

Any goods returned with a genuine fault will be repaired or replaced then returned to you without delay FREE of charge. Return info is included with our all of our products. 

We have many items returned with absolutely no faults except for user error or batteries that have expired. Please note that the batteries in the products are FREE & enable us to test all orders being sent out. ANY & ALL batteries are not guaranteed. Battery life term is due to usage. Any units sent back to us for fault checking that are found to be working well without fault will be subject to a standard administration fee of £15.00, this includes supplying new batteries & P&P.
